Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through an open tender process to comprehensively enhance the social and urban appearance control capabilities in the areas such as the waterfront public space of Shanggang Xincun Street and the successive development plots of Houtan. The main contents include assisting in the auxiliary management of key areas within the area covered by Shanggang Xincun Street, providing auxiliary support for urban appearance along the Huangpu River and Chuanyang River, managing the successive development plots of Houtan, conducting patrols of vacated plots and undeveloped plots, educating and dissuading disorderly setting up stalls, mobile hawking, "five disorderly" phenomena, non-motorized vehicle disorderly parking, illegal land use, illegal business operations, and illegal construction, and handling emergency situations and tasks assigned by superiors.
